This course offers a caring and effective way to set limits with your child that is based upon principles derived from decades of family studies and the latest brain research.
You’ll be able to follow a simple plan of action, learn how to reduce conflict, and playfully use your child’s strong-willed nature as an asset.
Powerful incentives and age-appropriate consequences help motivate your child to make dramatic changes in a short period of time as they become happier, less hyper and anxious, and improve their self-esteem.

How long is this course?
This course has 7 modules, each with 40 minutes of video slides with narration.
Over a period of seven weeks, parents will also be able to attend three live, one-hour Q & A sessions with Dr. Mac to receive specialized guidance about their child and family situation.
As an extra bonus, participants will have access to two books, worksheets, and a one-hour video presentation on practical tools for couples— What Every Couple Should Know!
